Jesus Christ was the true messiah. He not only made a way where there was no way, he also made sure that once we choose that way that He would keep us secured in Him in spite of ourselves. Ephesians says, “And greave not the Holy Spirit of God, in whom ye were sealed until the day of redemption” (Eph 4:30 ASV).
